This local home in Charleston, WV started as biohazard mitigation, due to being over ran with animals.  The mitigation to the home started by stripping the house down to the bare studs and starting over from scratch.  As a full-service mitigation team, we are handling this job from start to finish.  Starting by cleaning and sanitizing everything in the house, then removing all of the building products that had been permanently affected by the animals.  Once we started discussing getting the home back to preloss condition, the homeowner decided to do some upgrades, even making rooms bigger by moving the exterior wall of the home out further.
