Water damaged kitchen due to a leaky bathroom above

While our goal is to restore, sometimes the decision is made to replace.  A leaky bathroom inside of this home leaked into the floors and down into the kitchen causing damage to both floors of the home.  This all happened while the customer was away.

We completed it all from start to finish, our production team took care of the drying process starting with the tear out then the drying process began.  After the drying was complete, our construction team stepped in.  We put the kitchen back as well.  We removed the soffit and replaced the kitchen cabinets with full height cabinets, installed a new backslash, and changed out the lighting in the kitchen.
