Large Condo Fire

During the summer we were notified of a large complex in Kanawha Valley that had caught on fire.  Come to find out it was one of our clients that we had worked for previously.  We immediately knew we had to try and help.  So we loaded up one of the trucks with cold water and headed that way.  First and foremost priority was insuring that our customer was taken care of and when you are taking care of a customer who is  caring for a large amount of tenants you step in where you can.  We new almost immediately that this was a job for our large loss team, so we called them immediately.  Within two days they were onsite and scoping the property by day three they had a dozen team members onsite.  The next day a couple more dozen arrived.  They all worked long hours and for days straight removing and cleaning the smoke and fire saturated structure of all 7 floors and cleaning a couple dozen apartments working tirelessly to get the tenants and homeowners back into their homes.
