Ros Griffin

Ros is the General Manager for SERVPRO® of North Kanawha Valley and Teays Valley. He attended the University of North Carolina and graduated with a degree in Business Administration and a concentration in Organizational Management. He started his career with SERVPRO of Charlottesville, VA before joining us here in West Virginia. He is IICRC certified in water, fire, and smoke restoration. 

Ros is from Ashville, North Carolina. His favorite part of working at SERVPRO is learning new skills and growing as a leader. As well as the satisfaction of seeing employees grow and accomplish their goals inside and outside of work. In his spare time, he enjoys spending time with family and friends, riding dirt bikes and four-wheelers, and playing basketball, and football.

Tim McDaniel

Tim McDaniel serves as our Business Development Consultant, bringing 25 years of experience in the restoration industry—all with SERVPRO®.

Tim began his SERVPRO career as a Crew Chief from 1992 to 1997 before returning in 2004 as a Production Manager. From 2011 to 2020, he served as a Commercial Restoration Consultant before advancing to Operations Manager in 2020. Most recently, Tim held the role of General Manager from 2022 to 2024. He holds multiple IICRC certifications, including Commercial Drying Specialist (CDS), Fire Damage Restoration (FRT), Smoke and Odor Control (OCT), Water Damage Restoration (WRT), and Applied Structural Drying (ASD). In addition, he is certified in Lead Paint Renovation, Repair, and Painting and has completed Applied Thermography training. Tim pursued studies in Communications at West Virginia State University and Youth Ministries at Appalachian Bible College.

Beyond his professional expertise, Tim is deeply committed to community service, actively volunteering with organizations such as The United Way and Relay for Life/American Cancer Society. He is also a member of the Charleston Area Alliance, the Home Builders Association of Greater Charleston, Blue Goose International, and the Putnam County and South Charleston Chambers of Commerce.

Lewis Moore

Lewis serves as a Project Manager at SERVPRO, bringing over 13 years of expertise to the team. He is a graduate of East Bank High School and earned his degree from West Virginia University, majoring in Athletic Coaching Education with a minor in Communications. During his time at WVU, he interned with the university's football program, working under Coach Don Nehlen in his final year and Coach Rich Rodriguez for two years. As part of the recruiting process, he also gained experience editing game film.

Lewis has been married to his wife, Erika, for 22 years. Erika is currently completing her nursing degree, while their oldest son, Kegan, is a Marshall University graduate with a degree in Management of Information Systems and now works as a computer programmer. Their youngest son, Luka, attends Glenville State University, studying Sports Management and Business while playing baseball for the university.

Lewis enjoys baseball, football, basketball, golf, and NASCAR, as well as spending time outdoors fishing and hunting with friends and family. A true movie enthusiast, he also appreciates great films.

As a skilled professional, Lewis holds multiple IICRC certifications, including Water Damage Restoration, Applied Structural Drying, Commercial Drying Specialist, Applied Microbial Remediation, Fire & Smoke Restoration & Odor Control. He also possesses a 10-hr Construction Safety and Health certification through OSHA. His favorite part of working at SERVPRO is helping those in need alongside his teammates.

Jason Vineyard

Jason is a IICRC certified project manager. His favorite part about working at SERVPRO is that he gets to help people after disaster strikes to make it look 'like it never even happened.' 

Jason is from Dunbar and in his spare time he enjoys playing sports and video games.

George McVey

George is a Crew Chief with four years of experience in the restoration industry, all of which have been with SERVPRO. He holds an IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification and is actively working toward obtaining a certification in Trauma and Crime Scene Restoration (TCST). George is passionate about his role, particularly the opportunity to assist individuals during challenging times and it shows in the amount of positive reviews he receives from his customers. 

Residing in Charleston, WV, George enjoys spending his free time with his beloved pets and playing video games.

John Young

John is a skilled Crew Chief with three years of experience in the restoration industry. He holds IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD). John is particularly passionate about the demolition stage of the remediation process, finding it rewarding to witness a home transform from severe water or smoke damage to a fully restored state—truly making it look like "it never even happened."

A resident of Saint Albans, John enjoys spending quality time with his daughter, Sadie. In his free time, he appreciates the outdoors, particularly fishing and riding his four-wheeler.

Timmy Smart

Timmy is a dedicated Crew Chief with six years of experience in the restoration industry. He holds IICRC certification in Water Damage Restoration and takes great pride in delivering high-quality work. Timmy values teamwork and camaraderie with his colleagues, which he considers the most rewarding aspect of his role at SERVPRO. Known for maintaining the cleanest vehicle in the fleet, he takes pride in ensuring both his personal and professional vehicles are spotless.

Residing in Pinch, Timmy is a proud pet owner of a Cockatoo named Elvis. In his free time, he enjoys outdoor activities such as hiking and camping.

Mark Rakes

Mark is a crew chief. He is IICRC certified and has 6 years of restoration experience. His favorite part of working for SERVPRO is learning new skills and helping people through a stressful situation. 

Mark resides in Nitro. When he is not at work he enjoys spending time with his family and beloved dog.

Joshua McDaniel

Josh is a Crew Chief with two years of experience in the restoration industry. He attended Marshall University, where he pursued a degree in Management Information Systems. Since joining SERVPRO in January 2023, he has quickly established himself as a skilled leader and restoration technician. Josh holds IICRC certifications in Water Damage Restoration (WRT) and Applied Structural Drying (ASD).

A native of Pinch, West Virginia, Josh is also a proud property owner of 2 properties in Kanawha County. He finds fulfillment in solving complex problems and supporting his colleagues by helping them overcome challenges. In his spare time, he enjoys hanging out with his wife, Ashley, hunting and fishing with friends and spending quality time with family.

Nicole Austin

Nicole is a dedicated Production Technician who thrives on the variety and challenges her role at SERVPRO offers. She takes great pride in delivering exceptional service, as reflected in the numerous positive reviews from satisfied customers. Nicole also values the strong sense of camaraderie within the team and appreciates the family-oriented atmosphere at SERVPRO.

Originally from Cleveland, Nicole now resides in Alum Creek with her boyfriend and their beloved pets. In her free time, she enjoys fishing and taking road trips to explore new places.

Zach Arce

Zach is a skilled Reconstruction Specialist with 13 years of experience in the construction industry. He values the strong camaraderie among his coworkers and the family-oriented atmosphere at SERVPRO.

Darryl Sayre

Darryl is a highly skilled Reconstruction Specialist with 40 years of experience in the construction industry, including six years with SERVPRO. He is known for his positive attitude, strong work ethic, and sense of humor, making him a valued team member. A customer favorite, Darryl has received numerous positive reviews for his exceptional craftsmanship and dedication to service.
